yes we are alliance now.
and one thing every good allie should have done in his life is kill Horde leaders.
Apart from that nice black war bear mount as reward i think this could actually be fun.
So i wanted to ask who would be interested in doing this.
We cant really do it during primetime. so rather in the morning (for me preferred) or late at night might be possible.
Ofc we could get other guilds or randoms in but would actually be cool to do it as a guild.
So what you think? up for kicking some butt?
/salute

butyes, avoiding primetime is a must- doubly so on a high pop server >.>
we tried the drop in with a raid yesterday, and I have to say it was awesome... even if we only lasted about 30s because- even at prime time, the element of surprise just wasn't enough =(

Now then chaps, a bloody good unprovoked attack in the middle of the night is exactly the kind of thing for morale. Over the last few weeks I have been checking out the enemy in their own homes.
As we all know, Orcs have inferior intelligence to all other races, even Dwarfs. We could pretty much stroll through the front door and they wouldn't notice. That wouldn't make a very good story, so this is the plan:
I've deposited three operatives onto the inaccesible mountains that surround Orgrimmar. Protocol dictates they wear nothing but a tabard. I don't pretend to understand this rule, I merely created and enforce it.
We summon the whole platoon to this spot. Then tension rises, Rhome is clearly terrified of heights. Kyandra makes a long winded and emotional speech, starting with: "My loyal subjects..." and ending with "...and that's why the guild needs a Master of Ceremonies"
From here we head to the platform. A steep slope from where the whole of Orgrimmar is laid out in front of you like a map. The optimum angle will be laid out clearly. An orderly queue is formed. Rhome moves to the back, the idea of leaping into open space with only 30 seconds of slow fall terrifying to him. Everyone understands that taking the wrong trajectory will result in falling to their doom, either at the mercy of gravity or the Horde dogs.
You line yourself up and wait for the slow fall to appear. It's vital that you take off as soon as you see it, the jump takes 28 and a half seconds.
Watch the ground below you as you fly, it may be necessary to cancel your slow fall if you deviated slightly from the correct trajectory.
This is where you land. Watch your step and head over the second to last banner. Look at them, unaware of what is happening...
This is the difficult part, there exists no visible path. One must either ride as a passenger or follow the exact path of a guide.
And you will end up here:
The centre of Orgrimmar, ready to slaughter the entire populace. We can bring a warlock and set up a summon on someone. They jump down, slaughter a level 5 and accept the summon.
And if a mere Megacide is the order of the day, I can set up a trajectory that causes you to fall through the door of Thrall's palace. _________________ Ciali's Val'Kyr: A direct sequel to Charlie's Angels

I still wonder if blizzard might call this an exploit as it REALLY does not look like the 1st part is ment to be accesible. _________________

Yawn, if they didn't want me to go there then they shouldn't have created Winterspring, Slow Fall or Shamans. _________________ Ciali's Val'Kyr: A direct sequel to Charlie's Angels
